Privacy policy

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your organization's name, your phone number and the content of your message.

When you apply for a job, we collect the information contained in your résumé and in your exchanges with our team.

This website does not use any analytics or advertising cookies. The Google Maps map on the Contact page only loads if you choose to display it; Google may then set its own cookies.

Your information is used solely to respond to your request, follow up on our exchanges and, in the case of a job application, assess your profile. We never sell or rent it to anyone.

Your information may be processed by providers of hosting or messaging services, who are contractually bound by confidentiality and security obligations. If this information is disclosed outside Quebec, we first conduct a privacy impact assessment.

We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, then destroy it securely. Contact requests that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted after 24 months.

We apply security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information: encrypted communications, access control based on least privilege, and logging.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time. You may also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
